By accessing or using any Monndé service, including authentication through Monndé Visa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the services.

2. Monndé Visa and Account Access

Monndé Visa is Monndé Corp’s secure identity and sign in service used to authenticate users and manage account access across Monndé platforms.

By creating or using a Monndé Visa account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account;
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if account activity violates these Terms or poses security or legal risk.

3. Licence and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Monndé Corp grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the services for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission;
• Use the services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities;
• Attempt to bypass security or authentication mechanisms;
• Reverse engineer or extract source code;
• Use automated systems or scraping tools without written authorisation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Monndé Corp and Monndé Visa remain the exclusive property of Monndé Corp or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or proprietary rights in any part of the services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monndé Corp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

This includes loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or security incidents, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
