About Monndé
What is Monndé Corp?
Monndé Corp is a specialist consulting and operations firm focused on the full customer stack: data, technology, and the people who run it. The firm works with enterprises that want practitioners who have actually built and operated what they are recommending, not generalists learning the problem on the client’s budget.
What does Monndé mean?
Monndé is the brand name of the firm. It is not an acronym. The company operates as Monndé Corp across all client-facing activity, with registered legal entities in the United Kingdom (Monndé Ltd) and the United Arab Emirates (Monnde FZC LLC).
When was Monndé founded?
Monndé Ltd was incorporated in the United Kingdom on 28 October 2025. The UAE entity, Monnde FZC LLC, was formed in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone on 20 February 2026. The firm operates across both jurisdictions.
Where is Monndé based?
Monndé operates from the UAE and the United Kingdom. The UAE entity is registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The UK entity is registered in England and Wales. The firm serves clients across both regions and internationally.
What industries does Monndé serve?
Monndé works primarily with enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, food delivery, travel, and any sector where customer lifecycle management and loyalty drive significant revenue. The firm serves clients globally on a remote basis, with particular focus on the GCC, Southeast Asia, and India. Sector fit matters less than the presence of a complex customer base, an underperforming CRM function, or a loyalty programme that needs to work harder.
Is Monndé a technology vendor?
No. Monndé is a consulting and operations firm. It is not a software company, a platform, or a reseller. When Monndé recommends a technology, it is because the technology is right for the client’s problem, not because Monndé is paid to recommend it.
What is Monndé’s tagline?
Powering better outcomes through intelligence and trust.
How big is Monndé?
Monndé is a specialist boutique. The team that sells an engagement is the team that delivers it. The firm does not inflate its size. Enterprise buyers who want practitioners rather than large-firm generalists are the right fit.
Services: What Monndé Does
What services does Monndé offer?
Monndé’s work covers three areas. Data: Customer Data Strategy, CDP Onboarding, Data Transformation. Technology: CRM Consulting, Customer Technology across platforms including Braze, Insider, Segment, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, and others. People and Operations: CRM Management, CRM Restructuring, Loyalty Programme design and governance.
Does Monndé do strategy only, or does it also handle implementation and operations?
Both, and the combination is deliberate. Most consulting firms hand over a strategy document and leave. Monndé diagnoses first, recommends based on what the problem actually is, and then operates alongside the in-house team until the capability lives inside the business. Monndé does not consider an engagement complete until the client can run independently.
What does Monndé mean by the "full customer stack"?
The customer stack is the combination of data infrastructure, technology platforms, and the human capability needed to run customer engagement at scale. Most organisations have these owned by different teams: marketing owns one part, data science owns another, product and technology own the rest. The problems that matter most usually live in the gaps between those teams. Monndé is built to work across all of it.
Services: Data
What does Customer Data Strategy cover?
Customer Data Strategy is the work of deciding how customer data should be structured, governed, and activated across an organisation. It covers data architecture decisions, identity resolution, segmentation logic, data governance policies, and the infrastructure needed to connect customer behaviour across channels into a single usable view.
What is CDP Onboarding and when does a client need it?
CDP Onboarding is the process of selecting, implementing, and activating a Customer Data Platform in a client’s environment. A client needs it when their current stack cannot consolidate customer data across channels, when marketing is working from fragmented or delayed data, or when they have purchased a CDP but have not yet extracted real value from it. Monndé brings both the technical integration capability and the strategic framing to ensure the CDP is activated against real use cases, not just configured and left.
What does Data Transformation involve?
Data Transformation is the work of restructuring how a business collects, stores, and moves customer data so it can actually be used for lifecycle marketing and loyalty. This often involves cleaning legacy data models, building pipelines between systems, resolving identity across touchpoints, and ensuring the data that feeds CRM execution is accurate and timely.
Services: Technology and CRM
What is CRM Consulting at Monndé?
CRM Consulting covers the diagnosis, strategy, platform selection, and implementation of a client’s CRM function. Monndé starts with a diagnosis of where the current CRM is failing and why, then recommends a path forward that may involve rebuilding on the existing platform, switching platforms, or restructuring the operating model without changing the technology at all.
Which CRM and martech platforms does Monndé work with?
Monndé works with Braze, Insider, Segment, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, and others. The firm is platform-agnostic and selects based on client fit, not on commercial relationships. If a client already has a platform, Monndé will assess whether it is the right one before recommending any change.
What is CRM Restructuring?
CRM Restructuring is the process of rebuilding a CRM function that has grown in the wrong direction: too many disconnected campaigns, no lifecycle logic, weak data inputs, or a team that has lost ownership of the output. Monndé audits the current state, identifies where the structure is failing, and rebuilds the function around use cases that drive measurable outcomes.
What does CRM Management mean as a service?
CRM Management is an ongoing operational role where Monndé functions as the practitioner inside or alongside the client’s team. This is not advisory. It covers building and governing lifecycle programmes, managing platform operations, overseeing data quality, and developing internal team capability. Clients use this service when they need experienced CRM leadership without the timeline or cost of a permanent hire.
Services: Loyalty
Does Monndé design loyalty programmes?
Yes. Loyalty Programme design and governance is a core Monndé service. This covers the commercial structure of the programme (earn and burn mechanics, tiers, partner integrations), the data architecture that sits beneath it, the technology that powers it, and the operational governance that keeps it running correctly over time.
What does loyalty governance mean?
A loyalty programme that is not governed will drift. Earn rates get changed without modelling the impact. Redemption mechanics create liability that goes unmonitored. Partner relationships expire and go unnoticed. Loyalty governance is the discipline of setting rules, tracking programme health, managing the P&L of the programme, and ensuring the mechanics remain commercially sound as the customer base grows.
Has Monndé built loyalty programmes at scale before?
Yes. The founders have built and operated loyalty programmes at enterprise scale across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, in complex multi-brand environments with large member bases and integrated CDP architectures. That experience sits inside the firm, not on a CV from a previous agency.
How We Work
How does an engagement with Monndé typically start?
It starts with a diagnosis. Monndé does not begin any engagement with a recommendation. The first step is understanding what the actual problem is, which is not always the problem the client believes they have when they first reach out. That diagnosis shapes everything that follows: the scope, the recommendation, and the plan of action.
What happens after the diagnosis?
After the diagnosis, Monndé presents a clear view of what is broken and why, followed by a specific recommendation. That recommendation may involve rebuilding on the current platform, switching platforms, restructuring the team, or a combination. The client decides with full information. Monndé does not recommend what it is paid to recommend; it recommends what the problem requires.
Does Monndé stay involved after the recommendation?
Yes, if the client wants it. Monndé operates alongside in-house teams until the capability lives inside the business. An engagement is not finished when a strategy document is delivered. It is finished when the client can run independently. For some clients, that means six months. For others, it means an ongoing operational partnership.
Does Monndé work on retainer or project basis?
Diagnostic and strategy work is typically scoped as a project. CRM Management and ongoing operational support runs on retainer. Monndé will recommend the structure that fits the work, not the one that is more commercially convenient.
How does Monndé handle client confidentiality?
Monndé does not publish client names, results, or details without explicit permission. The track record referenced in public materials reflects work led by the founder prior to and during the firm’s operational period. Any case study, proof point, or client reference shared externally requires the client’s prior consent.
Tool and Platform Philosophy
Is Monndé aligned to any specific platform?
No. Monndé is tool-aware, not tool-aligned. The firm holds partnerships with platforms because depth requires them, but the agenda in every engagement is the client’s. If the client’s current stack is the right one, Monndé takes the team from average user to superuser. If the client needs to move, Monndé runs a clean RFP scoped to the actual problem, not to the platform Monndé is most commercially associated with.
Why does Monndé hold platform partnerships if it is tool-agnostic?
Because genuine depth on a platform requires access to advanced training, beta features, roadmap briefings, escalation paths, and solutions engineering support. Holding a partnership is what makes it possible to honour the Monndé Code commitments around platform depth and early visibility. The partnership is a capability investment, not a commercial alignment. It does not change the recommendation.
What happens if a client already has a platform in place?
Monndé assesses whether it is the right platform for the problem before recommending anything. If it is the right platform, the focus shifts to making the client’s team genuinely expert on it. If it is not the right platform, Monndé explains exactly why and what the alternative is. Switching platforms is not always the answer, and Monndé will not recommend it when it is not.
Does Monndé run RFP processes on behalf of clients?
Yes. When a client needs to select a new platform, Monndé runs a structured RFP process scoped to the client’s actual use cases and requirements, not to a predefined shortlist. The output is a recommendation the client can stand behind, with the reasoning documented.
What does "superuser" mean in practice?
If a client’s current platform is the right one, Monndé’s job is to close the gap between what the platform can do and what the client’s team is actually doing with it. Most enterprise teams use a fraction of their platform’s real capability. Superuser status means the team understands the architecture, knows how to build against it, and does not need a consultant in the room to run lifecycle programmes correctly.
The Monndé Code
What is the Monndé Code?
The Monndé Code is the set of nine commitments Monndé makes to every client it works with on a solution. These are not aspirational principles; they are specific, operational promises that define how Monndé shows up across data, technology, and people work.
What are the nine commitments in the Monndé Code?
The nine commitments are:
3.1 Super User Handholding
Most organisations use a fraction of their platform’s real capability. The skill gap exists on both sides: the client’s and the implementation partner’s. Monndé closes both by operating the solution at full capability on the client’s behalf, or training the client’s team to do the same. The client is never left to operate alone.
3.2 Product Thought Companion
Monndé participates in product roadmap and strategy discussions with its partner platforms, not just commercial or sales discussions. Where Monndé identifies an industry-wide need that is realistically within a platform’s scope, it advocates for that feature to be built into upcoming releases.
3.3 You Will Be Heard
When a client raises a need, it never reaches a dead end. Where the need is within the solution’s scope, Monndé ensures it is logged and tracked toward the partner’s roadmap. Where it is not, Monndé builds a workaround or helps the right part of the client’s stack to build it.
3.4 Your Constant, Always Current
Monndé stays current on the solution’s full capability and on the client’s specific configuration and usage, so nothing is lost if the client’s team changes or its members depart. Monndé remains the constant the client can always rely on.
3.5 Full Stack, Working in Sync
Monndé does not push single tools. Every recommendation is made in the context of the client’s full martech and customer data stack, so the platforms in use work in sync toward the outcomes the client needs.
3.6 Priority Escalation
Monndé resolves most issues directly without escalating to the partner. This has earned Monndé access to a priority escalation queue reserved for Monndé, so that issues genuinely requiring the partner’s attention are resolved faster.
3.7 Early Warning on What’s Changing
Monndé has early visibility into the partner’s roadmap and beta releases, ahead of public availability. Monndé advises clients of upcoming changes that could affect their setup, and of new capabilities that could add value, ahead of public release.
3.8 No Lock-In, Real Portability
The client’s customer data architecture is governed under a single strategy that Monndé supports independently of any platform. This means the client’s stack can evolve, with platforms added, replaced, or removed, without the client’s data ever being trapped.
3.9 Single Point of Accountability
Monndé operates across the client’s full technology stack with substantive expertise in each platform. When something breaks across systems, Monndé diagnoses it, which a partner focused on a single platform cannot do. The client has one point of contact regardless of where the problem lives.
What does "No Lock-In, Real Portability" mean for a client?
It means that choosing a platform through Monndé does not trap the client’s data. Customer data architecture is built to be portable and governed under a strategy that is independent of any specific vendor. If the client ever needs to move platforms, the data architecture does not have to be rebuilt from scratch.
What does "Single Point of Accountability" mean?
When something goes wrong in a complex customer technology stack, the default position for most clients is confusion about who is responsible: is it the platform, the implementation, or the integration between systems? Monndé removes that confusion by owning the diagnosis and coordinating directly with the vendor’s team to resolve it. The client has one point of contact regardless of where the problem lives.
What does "You Will Be Heard" mean in practice?
It means a client requirement never reaches a dead end. If the need is within the platform’s scope, Monndé logs it and tracks it toward the partner’s roadmap. If it falls outside the platform’s scope, Monndé either builds a workaround or directs the right part of the client’s stack to build it. The client does not have to accept "the platform doesn’t do that" as a final answer.
The Founders
Who founded Monndé?
Monndé was founded by Devam Saxena and Monika Sethi Saxena. Devam leads the delivery of Monndé’s services, drawing on more than 13 years of building and running customer engines at scale across Central Group in Thailand, Valiram Group in Southeast Asia, Alshaya Group in the UAE, and foodpanda globally. Monika leads the organisational operations of the firm, ensuring the business runs with the same rigour Monndé demands of the client engagements it takes on.
What is Devam Saxena’s background?
Devam held senior CRM and loyalty leadership roles across major retail, travel, and food delivery organisations in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. He built and operated customer engagement programmes across complex multi-brand environments, covering data architecture, lifecycle strategy, platform deployment, and team capability. He founded Monndé because the problem he cared about, the cross-functional gaps in the customer stack, did not fit inside any single CMO, CTO, CDO, or CPO seat. Every engine he built is still running today.
What is Monika Sethi Saxena’s role at Monndé?
Monika is responsible for the organisational operations of Monndé Corp. This covers the infrastructure that keeps the firm running: entity management across jurisdictions, operational processes, and the internal systems that allow the delivery side of the business to focus on client work without distraction. Her role ensures Monndé operates with the same standard of organisation it brings to client engagements.
Why did the founders start Monndé rather than pursue other paths?
The problem Devam cared about does not sit cleanly inside any one executive function. Marketing, data, technology, and product each own a piece of the customer stack, and the problems that matter most live in the gaps between those teams. A CMO role, a CDO role, and a CTO role each address part of it. Monndé is built to address all of it. Building the firm was the only way to work on the whole problem.
Locations and Legal Structure
Where are Monndé’s legal entities registered?
Monndé operates through two registered entities. Monndé Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, company number 16815377, incorporated on 28 October 2025. Monnde FZC LLC is a limited liability company formed under the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, formation number 4428290, formed on 20 February 2026.
Which markets does Monndé serve?
Monndé serves clients across all global markets on a remote basis. The firm’s primary focus is on the GCC, Southeast Asia, and India, where the founders have direct operating experience and the deepest market understanding. Clients outside those regions are equally welcome; the work travels well and the model is built for it.
Is Monndé a free zone company in the UAE?
Yes. The UAE entity, Monnde FZC LLC, is registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, a recognised free zone authority under the Government of Sharjah.
Why Monndé
What is wrong with how most CRM consulting firms operate?
Most CRM projects do not fail because of technology. They fail because of who is running it. The largest consulting firms send generalists who spend the first months of an engagement learning the client’s problem on the client’s budget. By the time the diagnosis lands, the engagement is half over. The recommendation that follows is shaped by the firm’s existing partnerships and commercial incentives rather than by what the client’s problem actually requires.
How is Monndé different from a large consulting firm?
Monndé diagnoses before it recommends and operates after it advises. The team that sells an engagement delivers it. The firm is tool-agnostic, which means recommendations are shaped by the client’s problem rather than by commercial relationships. And the firm operates until capability lives inside the client’s business, not just inside a deliverable.
How is Monndé different from a platform implementation partner?
A platform implementation partner’s job is to deploy a specific tool and move on. Monndé’s job is to make the client’s customer stack work. That may involve deploying a platform, but it also involves the data architecture, the lifecycle strategy, the governance model, and the team capability that determine whether the platform delivers any value after go-live. Monndé also does not have a commercial incentive to recommend the platforms it is partnered with.
Why should a company choose a boutique firm over a large one for CRM work?
Enterprise buyers who choose boutique firms for CRM and loyalty work usually do so because they want practitioners in the room, not account managers overseeing junior teams. At Monndé, the person who makes the recommendation is the person who built and operated what they are recommending. There is no layer of seniority above the delivery team. The engagement does not get handed down.
Getting Started
How does a prospective client start a conversation with Monndé?
Directly through this website. Monndé does not run a formal intake process with lengthy forms. A direct conversation is the starting point, and the first discussion is about understanding the problem before any scope or cost is discussed.
Start a conversation on the Contact pageDoes Monndé work with clients on a single service or across multiple?
Both. Some clients engage Monndé on a single defined problem, such as a CDP selection or a loyalty programme restructure. Others bring Monndé in across the full stack, covering data, technology, and the operational model. The scope follows the problem, not a standard package.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
Monndé focuses on enterprise clients where the customer stack is a material revenue driver. The firm does not publish minimum engagement thresholds. A diagnostic conversation is the right place to determine whether the engagement is a fit.
What should a client prepare before a first conversation with Monndé?
No preparation is required. The most useful thing a client can bring to a first conversation is honesty about where the current CRM or loyalty function is underperforming and, if they know it, why. If they do not know why, that is precisely what a diagnosis is for.
Still have a question?
If you didn’t find what you were looking for, the most useful thing you can bring to a first conversation is honesty about where your CRM or loyalty function is underperforming. We’ll take it from there.
