About the Role

You'll be the hands-on CRM platform expert on our B2C accounts — configuring journeys, segmenting audiences, analysing performance and iterating fast. Depending on the client, you may work across Braze, Insider, Customer.io, Webengage or comparable engagement platforms. You'll work closely with senior consultants and directly with client marketing teams to turn customer data into measurable results.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) across B2C CRM platforms
  • Design and maintain customer lifecycle journeys aligned to brand KPIs
  • Segment audiences using platform-native tools and Liquid / templating logic
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce clear weekly insight reports
  • Work directly with client marketing and data teams
  • Support integrations between CRM platforms and CDP / data warehouse layers
  • Stay current with platform updates across Braze, Insider, Customer.io, Webengage and similar tools

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with at least one B2C CRM platform — Braze, Insider, Customer.io or Webengage (certifications a plus)
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, A/B testing and attribution modelling
  • Comfortable reading and querying data in SQL or BI tools
  • Experience working across email, push and in-app channels simultaneously
  • Strong written English — you'll communicate directly with clients
  • Self-managed and reliable in a fully remote setup

Nice to have

  • Platform certifications (Braze, Customer.io or similar)
  • Experience with Segment, mParticle or similar CDPs
  • Background working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
