About the Role
You'll be the engine of Monndé's outbound pipeline — researching target accounts, managing our LinkedIn brand presence, running structured outreach sequences and qualifying inbound interest before handing off to senior consultants. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with direct visibility to leadership.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow Monndé's LinkedIn company page and personal brand content calendar
- Research and build target account lists across local and international brands
- Run structured outbound sequences via LinkedIn, email and calls
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for senior consultants
- Track and maintain clean pipeline records in the CRM
- Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and positioning over time
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, SDR or business development experience
- Proven track record running LinkedIn outreach at scale
- Familiarity with CRM tools — HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Comfortable with rejection — resilience and consistency are key here
Nice to have
- Experience selling CRM, martech or data services
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of outbound sequencing tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, etc.)
