About the Role

You'll manage HubSpot portals end-to-end for a portfolio of B2B clients — keeping contacts clean, workflows running, pipelines moving and reports accurate. You'll be the go-to person for anything HubSpot, liaising directly with client marketing, sales and ops teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage HubSpot portals including contacts, companies, deals and pipelines
  • Build marketing automation workflows, lead nurture sequences and smart lists
  • Create dashboards and custom reports for client stakeholders
  • Maintain data hygiene — deduplication, import/export, field management
  • Troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools and data sources
  • Train client teams on HubSpot best practices and new features
  • Support onboarding of new clients onto HubSpot from legacy CRM systems

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Experience across at least two of: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub
  • HubSpot certifications preferred (Marketing Software, Sales Software, etc.)
  • Confident managing multiple client accounts at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail — data accuracy matters here
  • Clear, professional written communication in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS or Operations Hub
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat) or native HubSpot integrations
  • Background in B2B SaaS or agency environments
