About the Role
You'll manage HubSpot portals end-to-end for a portfolio of B2B clients — keeping contacts clean, workflows running, pipelines moving and reports accurate. You'll be the go-to person for anything HubSpot, liaising directly with client marketing, sales and ops teams.
What you'll do
- Manage HubSpot portals including contacts, companies, deals and pipelines
- Build marketing automation workflows, lead nurture sequences and smart lists
- Create dashboards and custom reports for client stakeholders
- Maintain data hygiene — deduplication, import/export, field management
- Troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools and data sources
- Train client teams on HubSpot best practices and new features
- Support onboarding of new clients onto HubSpot from legacy CRM systems
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience across at least two of: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub
- HubSpot certifications preferred (Marketing Software, Sales Software, etc.)
- Confident managing multiple client accounts at the same time
- Strong attention to detail — data accuracy matters here
- Clear, professional written communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot CMS or Operations Hub
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat) or native HubSpot integrations
- Background in B2B SaaS or agency environments
